What is a Hotspot / Wi-Fi?
Wi-Fi, short for wireless fidelity, is simply the technology used by many laptops and wireless devices like routers to communicate through high-frequency radio signals.
A hotspots is another term used to describe an establishment, usually a business, that offers wireless internet access to its patrons.
How far does the Titan Hotspots wireless access point signal extend?
Approximately 400 feet in all directions. Thick walls and large metal objects can diminish the wireless signal but under normal circumstances, usually not enough to be concerned about.
For our clients with large buildings like groups of condos with multiple levels, we offer additional access points to extend your hotspot's signal at a very reasonable price.

Do you offer the broadband internet service needed to run a hotspot?
Not quite, we provide the equipment, services, materials, and promotion needed to offer wireless internet to your customers. If you currently do not have broadband internet access in your establishment, we offer a free Internet Service Provider (ISP) Liaison service with all of our packages. We'll find you the best price and more reliable service in your area, then we'll arrange everything with your ISP to get your location set up with broadband access.
Titan Hotspots has reseller agreements with a wide range of ISPs so it is likely that we can find you a substantially lower than normal price through our partners.
Can I use my access point or router with Titan Hotspots' service?
Sure! Let us know through phone, email, or the helpdesk ticket system before you place your order. We can only support certain models of access points so we have to ask you a few questions before we can determine if your device will work with Titan Hotspots' service.
What is a Titan Ticket (Access Card)?
Titan
Ticket access cards are the wonderful little things that keep your hotspot performing at its best. These business card sized tickets are printed with a temporary username and password which allows your customers to access the internet from your hotspot for a specified time that you set.
Titan Tickets include simple instructions on how to connect to your hotspot and can be kept behind the counter until a customer asks for one, sold, or given to employees to hand out. You'll automatically receive a refill shipment of Titan Tickets at no cost whenever you're running low.

How many promotional materials are included? Can I purchase more?
Seven professionally designed table toppers and two large static cling window / door signs are included with all setup packages.
Additional promotional materials may be purchased at more than affordable prices from our online store after becoming a client.
How secure is it to surf from a Titan Hotspots location?
Very secure! In fact, we use special technology to isolate every hotspot user into their own virtual space. This way no one can see your device's activity and you can't see anyone else's.
There are no restrictions while surfing from the hotspot, users can use any online resource. Many other hotspot providers as well as simply setting up an access point yourself both do not give surfers this amount of security; and that can be a huge liability for the hosting business.
