We can suggest ISPs and even get you signed up if you're not already with one. We have reseller agreements with a number of providers so that we can quickly get you setup with an affordable and reliable high-speed internet connection.

You have the ability to add advertisements, messages, and pretty much anything you could post on the internet on your hotspot's login page. With your account, you receive a blog website that is accessible from any computer on the internet, and the messages you post on that blog are automatically posted to your hotspot login page. Use it to let your customers know about the weekly coffee specials, a book signing, new products, or just to say hello.

We include easy to follow instructions on how to log in and post your messages with your account setup.

We decided to give you the choice in how to authenticate and restrict your hotspot users since every business is different and you know the most efficient way of handling your customers!

1. Let your customers register for a free account
   This method requires first time users to choose a username and password along with entering their email address to gain access. This is the method of choice for most businesses that don't have much of a problem with "free loaders," or those customers that stick around all day using your hotspot without purchasing anything.
   
   The user account names and email addresses are made available to the hotspot account holder at the end of every month so that you can run promotions targeted at your hotspot users!
   
   
2. Time-limited access cards, or "Titan Tickets"
   With this method, you receive a box of Titan Ticket access cards with a predefined username and password printed on each one that allows the holder access to the hotspot for a designated period of time.
   
   The time each of the Titan Tickets hold is your choice! You will be asked to supply a time in minutes for the bath of cards via an online form after your account is setup. We monitor how many Titan Tickets have been used and automatically send you more (free of charge) when you're running low.
   
   This method is a wise choice for businesses that experience high traffic levels and want to offer Wi-Fi but don't want customers staying for long periods of time. Employees can also sell the Titan Tickets or give them to customers after a purchase has been made.
   
   
3. 30 day list of daily passwords
   With this method, you will receive a list of passwords that you may tell or give to your customers in any way you like. The passwords expire nightly at midnight so you can prevent yesterday's password holders from using your hotspot without perhaps making a purchase first before receiving the password for today.
   
   This list can be sent to you via E-mail, fax, postal mail, or made available to you via the secure online hotspot owner website. You will be asked to choose this method after your account is setup. Your preference may be changed at any time.
   
   
4. Charge customer's credit cards or PayPal account
   This method is for the business that is too busy to use any of the previously mentioned methods or wishes to offer a paid Wi-Fi hotspot service. Users of the hotspot will be able to purchase time with their credit card or PayPal account over the internet and then create an account to use this time with. Customers with existing accounts can choose a recurring plan that charges them every month or designated time period set by the hotspot owner
   
   This method requires an online merchant account and a few other items. We will contact you to coordinate the setup of this method if chosen. Third-party credit card processor fees apply for this authentication method.
   

One of the main tools in letting prospective and current customers know about your shiny new Wi-Fi hotspot service is the static cling window / door signs. Note: In actual printing, the image is reversed so that the sign can be applied on the indoors side of the glass facing outside.
