Add-on Services

So that we can offer you the best prices and best service, we have to establish a few simple things.

  • If an account is cancelled within the 30 day money-back period, we will be glad to refund your entire purchase. In order for us to credit your purchase back to you, please follow this procedure:

    • Call 1 (800) 616-7609 to receive a Return Authorization Number and prepaid shipping label so you don't have to pay for shipping back to us

    • Pack all materials according to the inventory packing slip you were sent with your account setup package

    • Send the box to the address we give you over the telephone with the prepaid shipping label we sent you.

    • When we receive and verify your shipment, we'll fully refund your purchase in the method you paid us.

    • If items are not received within 10 days of account cancellation, client will be charged a non-refundable $150 equipment non-return fee.

  • Clients have the option within our billing portal to set invoices to automatically pay themselves when generated according to your billing cycle. If you set the option to automatically pay your invoices, you give us the authorization to charge your billing account each cycle until manually cancelled by the client.

  • After logging in, hotspot users are automatically redirected to a Titan Hotspots hosted captive portal page from where they may use any online resources. This captive portal is ad-supported. All advertising revenue is owned by Titan Hotspots. The page in which hotspot users are redirected to after logging in may be changed at the client's request. Please submit a ticket with the URL of the page you would like your users redirected to as well as your hotspot name and account password.

  • All clients are responsible for the safe keeping of the equipment sent to them by Titan Hotspots. Access points become the property of the client upon purchase of their package. Titan Hotspots is not responsible for replacement of equipment or materials do to theft, fire, acts of nature (tornadoes, earthquakes, etc.), or electrical surges. Replacement equipment may be purchased directly from Titan Hotspots. Client is responsible for the cost of such replacement items and the shipping to their location.

  • Titan Hotspots makes no guarantee as to the reliability of the client's broadband internet provider, or ISP.
  • If the client setup package is not shipped within 48 hours of the order date, the client will automatically receive a credit to their account equal to one month of service according to the client's chosen billing cycle.
    • Additional information may be required if the client did not enter it during the checkout process such as press release information, ISP Liaison service information, or information about add-on services. Delays in sending the client setup package due to not receiving this information does not qualify the client for the one month credit.
